What to expect when you walk in
It's dark. That's on purpose. Give your eyes ten seconds and you'll find carved tiki, paper parasols, string lights, magenta and lime neon, and a black-and-white monster movie running silently on the wall behind the bar. It's a small room — a bar you sit at, not a club you stand in.
Sit at the bar if there's space. Everything good about this place happens in a conversation with whoever's pouring — tell them what you like and let them take it from there. If you're not sure where to start, the menu is all online now, builds and prices included.
Getting here and parking
We're mid-block on South Magnolia Avenue in downtown Ocala. Street parking runs right outside and along the surrounding blocks, with public lots and the garage within a minute's walk. Evenings and weekends are free.
Coming from the square, walk south — you'll pass the theatre and we're right there. Coming off I-75, it's about ten minutes east on Silver Springs Boulevard.
The rules, such as they are
- 21 and over. Everyone gets carded, every time.
- No dress code. People do dress up for Vice Sundays. Nobody minds either way.
- No kitchen. Eat on Magnolia first, then come to us.
- Walk-ins for the bar. Groups of eight or more, talk to us about a buyout.
Before you come
